AutoMate manufactures its own drive-thru wash systems and pressure washers for dealership service drives — engineered on one principle: the fewest moving parts that can do the job, and every one of them fast to replace. Less to break. Faster to fix.

These aren't machines we resell — they're machines we design, weld, wire, and stand behind. Built as workhorses: simple, serviceable, and made to run every day.
The dealership drive-thru behind 65,000+ washes a month — over 2,200 cars a day across the network. Soft-touch mitter and side-wash design, counter-tracked maintenance, sized for service-drive volume.

Our own pressure-washer line for detail, make-ready, and lot operations — built and repaired in our Scottsdale shop with loaner support.
Explore pressure washers →For over 15 years we were a distributor ourselves — installing other manufacturers' wash equipment and drowning in bearings, breakdowns, and headaches that our customers ended up paying for. In 2009 we'd had enough and started manufacturing our own. Seventeen years later, we build every machine the way old-school engineers do — K.I.S.S.: keep it simple, stupid.
Our washes and pressure washers are workhorses by design — minimal bearings, belts, and motion points. Less complexity means less to wear out and less to go wrong.
When something does wear, it's a simple, accessible component we stock locally — so a fix is measured in hours, not weeks of waiting on a specialty order.
The people who built your machine are the ones maintaining it — with one lease covering equipment, scheduled service, and parts.
Service directors know equipment is only as good as the outfit maintaining it. These numbers come straight from our work-order system — every machine, every visit, every wash counted. And every one of them was earned on equipment we manufacture ourselves, not somebody else's machines.
Our first-generation drive-thrus are still washing cars daily — because simple machines, serviced on schedule, don't quit.
Our highest-count unit has washed over eight hundred thousand cars — and it's still on the schedule.
One machine at our busiest store handles 152 cars a day, measured over a full year. Seventeen of our stores run 2,000+ washes a month — and the machines keep pace.
Scheduled preventive-maintenance visits at every store, every month — we aim for 80% of our work to be preventive and only 20% reactive, fixing things before they ever break.
Just 69 true breakdown calls in the last twelve months — across ~50 dealerships washing 65,000+ cars a month. Preventive maintenance works.
When something does break, 78% of calls last year were fixed the same day they came in — 83% within 24 hours — because the parts were already on our shelf.
If you aren't happy,
we aren't happy.
We're a relationship and service business before we're an equipment company — and after nearly 50 years serving car dealerships, we understand customer retention as well as anybody. Most wash companies sell you a machine and then bill you every time it needs attention; that's not us, and it's not an apples-to-apples comparison. We go above and beyond for every person at your store, from the porter running cars through the bay to the GM watching CSI scores. And because we're family-owned, when you call us you're talking to the decision-makers — we listen, we act, and we build every account to be a relationship that lasts for decades, not a contract that runs out. Don't take our word for it — our General Manager's cell is right here: David Dickerson, GM · 602-757-3998.
Simple machines, preventive maintenance, same-day fixes — maximum uptime.
Every service visit ends with a clean car. Retention goes up.
No wash complaints, no down bay, no surprise invoices to explain.
CSI holds, the service drive hums, and the wash is one line item nobody thinks about.
Alongside our own machines, we're authorized distributors for two lines we trust enough to service ourselves.
