When a dealership service contact requests equipment service from AutoMate, they may optionally opt in to receive transactional SMS status updates about that specific service request: acknowledgment of the request, the assigned technician and ETA, completion confirmation, scheduling, and two-way replies with the technician about that service call. Messages are sender-identified as AutoMate. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent. Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per service request. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.
Opt-in is collected on AutoMate's online service-request form (dealership service contacts receive per-dealer links; the same form is publicly available at our service portal). Below is the same fully functional form: filling it in, ticking the unchecked consent checkbox, and submitting records the opt-in (mobile number, timestamp, and the exact disclosure shown) to AutoMate's consent log and displays a confirmation with a reference ID. The form submits with or without the box ticked — SMS opt-in is never a condition of service.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out — we confirm and stop immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or call 623-810-4040. Declining or opting out has no effect on your service; non-opted-in customers are served by phone and email.
